Marilyn Machkovsky is an Associate Attorney at Temmerman, Cilley, Kohlmann, & Norcia LLP. She joined the firm as a Law Clerk in November 2021 and became an Associate in 2023. Her practice focuses on trust and estate litigation, including trust contests, elder abuse litigation, fiduciary misconduct, accounting disputes, removal and surcharge actions, and probate and trust-related civil litigation.During law school, Mrs. Machkovsky volunteered at the Entrepreneurs Advisory Law Clinic where she assisted the local startup community with their business and legal needs. She also interned with Accenture and the Federal Home Loan Bank, gaining valuable experience in transactional work. However, she discovered her true calling in the Trusts and Estate field, where she became passionate about navigating the legal and personal complexities inherent in family dynamics. Her background in transactional work provides her with a unique perspective in understanding the full scope of her clients’ needs, both financial and personal, as she advocates for their interests in litigation.
In her free time, Mrs. Machkovsky enjoys traveling, dancing, and spending time with her family and dog.
