Bart joined Temmerman, Cilley, Kohlmann & Norcia, LLP as Of Counsel in 2015. Preceding his tenure at Temmerman, Cilley, Kohlmann & Norcia, LLP, Bart practiced as a solo practitioner for nearly 30 years.

Bart J. Schenone is retired but remains affiliated with our firm. While serving as of counsel to our firm, Mr. Schenone practiced in post-mortem administration and estate planning for over 35 years, encompassing the areas of trust and estate administration, probate, preparation of fiduciary income tax, gift and estate tax returns, real property transactions, formation of business entities to further estate plans, and advising on property tax, income and estate tax matters.

He acted as a guardian ad litem and trust protector in many matters. He has also been appointed and served as a court-appointed fiduciary, referee, special master, and temporary Probate Commissioner. I have spoken on numerous subjects for CEB, the State Bar of California, and others.

He served as Chair of the Executive Committee for the Trusts and Estates Section of The State Bar of California (2013-2014) and as a member of the Executive Committee from 2006-2017.
