Christina P. Tanti

Christina P. Tanti is a results-driven attorney who represents people throughout California in matters involving trust and estate litigation and appeals. Christina is highly experienced in resolving complex and heavily contested trust, estate, and conservatorship matters, and prides herself on providing trustworthy legal guidance to individuals and families.

Christina has successfully litigated hundreds of trust and estate cases concerning breaches of fiduciary duties, elder abuse, undue influence, fraud, conversion, quiet title, spousal property rights, trust interpretation and funding, the removal and appointment of trustees, executors, personal representatives, and conservators, and the validity of trusts, trust amendments, wills, and durable powers of attorney.

Christina earned a Juris Doctor with Honors and Dean’s List Distinctions from John F. Kennedy University College of Law. Christina graduated at the top of her law school class as valedictorian and received the Academic Excellence Award, which honors one student from the graduating class who obtains the highest-grade point average. During law school, Christina volunteered at a legal clinic where she assisted low-income seniors with their estate planning needs. Prior to law school, Christina worked at a sizeable property management company in Danville, California.

Christina is a contributing author of the Elder Law Report, a national publication by Wolters Kluwer that keeps legal professionals apprised of critical developments in elder law. She is a member of the State Bar of California, the Contra Costa County Bar Association, East Bay Trusts and Estates Lawyers, California Lawyers Association, Santa Clara County Bar Association, and the Silicon Valley Bar Association. She is also a certified mediator. Christina was selected by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in trust and estate litigation in 2022 and 2023, an award given to the top 2% of attorneys in Northern California.
