As a Senior Associate at Temmerman, Cilley & Kohlmann, LLP, Ms. Bryson offers broad experience in all aspects of trusts and estates planning and administration issues. Ms. Bryson represents a wide variety of clients, including individuals, families and professional fiduciaries. Ms. Bryson counsels families and individuals in estate planning, beneficiary representation, incapacity planning and conservatorship and guardianship matters.  Ms. Bryson’s estate and probate administration practice focuses on postmortem trust administration, accountings, trust reformations, federal estate and gift tax return preparation and advising and representing clients through related litigation matters.

Prior to focusing on counseling and representation of clients in trusts and estates at Temmerman, Cilley & Kohlmann, LLP (from 2003 to 2011, and rejoining in 2016), Ms. Bryson practiced in the area of labor and employment law at Morrison & Foerster, LLP. During law school, Ms. Bryson externed for Dee Benson, Chief Judge in the United States District Court for the District of Utah.

Ms. Bryson is admitted to practice law in all superior courts of California, all appellate courts of California and the Supreme Court of California. Ms. Bryson is a member of the California Lawyers Association, Trusts and Estates Section. 

Ms. Bryson enjoys volunteering in the community and, specifically, for local schools. Ms. Bryson recently assisted non-profit organizations regarding educational funding and fiscal sponsorship.  In addition, Ms. Bryson assisted as a volunteer track and cross-country coach for a local middle school.
