My practice concentrates primarily on trust and estate litigation, including will and trust contests, fiduciary accounting and removal actions, elder abuse actions, disputed property claims and related appeals. My practice also includes trust and probate administration matters and conservatorships. I practice in all courts in the State of California, as well as the Federal Northern District of California. I also have experience in all forms of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration and early neutral evaluations.
