Miss Pedersen’s practice emphasizes trust and decedent estate administration, estate planning, and probate conservatorships. Her administration practice includes trusts and estates, conservatorships, estate and gift tax return preparation, and trust and estate accountings. Her estate planning practice includes the preparation of living trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, advanced health care directives, and related estate planning documents.

Background:

Miss Pedersen brings to her legal practice over fifteen years of experience in administration of retirement accounts, earning a Certified IRA Professional designation, and several years in regulatory compliance as a nationally certified Credit Union Compliance Expert, with Technology Credit Union in San Jose, CA.
