Tricia L. Manning joined Temmerman, Cilley & Kohlmann, LLP in 2010 and specializes in estate planning, trust and decedent’s estate administration, probate, and conservatorships.
Ms. Manning’s estate planning practice includes the preparation of revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, advance health care directives, and related estate planning documents.
Ms. Manning’s trust and decedent’s estate administration practice includes representation of trustees, personal representatives, and beneficiaries, assisting and advising her clients in all aspects of the trust administration or probate manner. She also assists trustees and personal representatives with preparation of trust accountings and estate tax returns.
Ms. Manning’s practice also includes conservatorships, beginning with the establishment of a conservatorship matter in the court system or providing representation to a client with a pre-existing conservatorship matter.
