Christine M. Kouvaris
Christine M. Kouvaris joined Temmerman, Cilley & Kohlmann, LLP in 2004 and specializes in the areas of estate planning, trust and decedent's estate administration, probate, conservatorships, and guardianships.
Ms. Kouvaris' practice emphasizes trust and decedent estate administration, including representation of trustees, personal representatives, and beneficiaries from the beginning to the end of a trust administration or probate matter. She also assists trustees and personal representatives with preparation of trust and estate accountings and preparation of gift tax and estate tax returns. Her practice also includes the preparation of living trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, advance health care directives, and related estate planning documents, as well as advice regarding tax planning.
Ms. Kouvaris' practice also includes conservatorship and guardianship matters, beginning with the establishment of a conservatorship or guardianship matter in the court system or providing representation to a client with a pre-existing conservatorship or guardianship matter.
Ms. Kouvaris is available to meet with clients at her office or at a location of their convenience.
