Erin N. Kolko
Erin N. Kolko joined Temmerman, Cilley & Kohlmann, LLP in 2005 and her practice emphasizes trust litigation. Ms. Kolko's litigation practice includes will and trust contests, fiduciary litigation, accounting and surcharge actions, beneficiary representation, and elder abuse actions. Her conservatorship practice includes establishing and monitoring conservatorships, as well as the representation of conservatees, conservators, and other interested persons in contested matters. She has participated in all forms of alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Kolko's practice also includes trust and estate administration and the preparation of living trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, advance health care directives, and related estate planning documents.
